With that being said, part of me always wonders if some percentage of the things in the book really do work. So I gave it my all. The first part of the book seemed promising, but it quickly devolved into what seemed to be just a mixture of some Christianity with mostly eastern mysticism. At that point, I started skimming, so maybe I didn't get all that I could out of it.
